Blooming Through The Storm

Blooming Through The Storm

There is no pain greater than the pain you feel from loss. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, your career, or any other form of loss we may experience throughout our lives. 2020 was the year of loss and storms for a lot of people. Whether or not you personally felt the pain of what seems to be never-ending thunderstorms, we all know someone directly impacted by the events of this year. These events have pushed many of us out of our comfort zones and into our purpose. There is purpose in pain. It is something about experiencing extreme pain that causes both a breakdown and a breakthrough. In the midst of having my own personal breakdown and feeling defeated I had a breakthrough. Creating The Violet Victoria was my way to bloom through the storm. I want to encourage others to believe you have the strength within you to bloom, no matter what your circumstances may be. Contemplate the flowers and learn from them how to live. Just as the flower grows from the storm so can you. Stay encouraged and spread love.

In loving memory of Violet Townsend, Glyn Goins, Na'Kia Crawford, Domenique Gordon, and Zuriya "Baby Z" Williams.
