Shipping Policy
- We currently ship within the United States.
- All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
- All items are "made to order". This requires some time to guarantee quality products that are made especially for you.
- Processing time is generally 7-10 business days after an order has been placed prior to shipping. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
- With extremely hot and cold climates, we recommend not leaving your packages outdoor for an extended amount of time.
- Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email please allow 24-48 hours for UPS or USPS to scan your package in. For updates on your package you will need to contact UPS or USPS customer service. We are not responsible for any delays.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this issue up with UPS or USPS.
- Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for mistakes on addresses you submit when you place your order.
