- Once an order has been placed on our website we do not cancel orders. Please ensure you are using the correct payment method for your order upon checkout.
- If there was an error on our part with your order or if the order arrived damaged please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to request a photo of the damage.
If your package is late or lost we ask that you wait one additional day as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us.
Please be sure to check around for your package as some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted the delivery on your behalf.
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
